Imam Foundation is a non-governmental, non-profit organization established in 2021 in response to persistent social, educational, health and humanitarian challenges affecting communities in Somalia.
The Foundation is committedtoimproving the lives of vulnerable and marginalized populations by expanding access to quality education, practical technical and vocational skills, and timely humanitarian assistance. The Foundation works from a community-centered perspective, recognizing that humanitarian needs, poverty, limited educational opportunities, unemployment and social exclusion are interconnected. Its programming therefore combinesimmediate support for people affected by crises with longer-term investments in human capability, employableskills, institutional strengthening and community resilience
